What does this mean for Buyers?

1. Choose an agent - The Buyer Agreement is similar to a listing agreement for Sellers. Buyers choose an agent to represent them and sign the Buyer Agreement. This is a contract!

2. Have coffee with your agent - Plan extra time to sit down with your agent prior to showings. This is a time to discuss the details of the Buyer Agreement and your personal details: Timeframe to commit to your agent, compensation and how it is paid, what types of home fits your needs, and your type of financing.

3. Schedule your showings! NOTE: The Buyer Agreement is REQUIRED BY LAW to be signed before an agent shows you a property. This is a transition for Agents and Buyers. Let's work together to get things done right!
